By accessing the Hlair Arena, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must exit the arena immediately.
1. Content Ownership & Use
- Sourced Content: Hlair reserves the right to source, curate, and display publicly available professional content (photos/videos) from the social media profiles of our salon and stylist partners. This is to facilitate profile creation and showcase work in the arena. Partners may request the removal of specific content at any time.
- AI Transformations: Users who upload photos to the AI Style Lab grant Hlair a non-exclusive license to process and generate synthetic results. AI-generated images are intended for visualization only and do not constitute a medical or professional guarantee.
- Arena Rights: Content submitted for battles may be used by Hlair for promotional purposes across digital channels to crown the "Hair Icon."
2. Arena Integrity (Voting)
Any attempt to manipulate rankings via bots, multiple accounts, or fraudulent scripts is strictly prohibited. Hlair reserves the right to reset points, disqualify participants, or ban users suspected of violating arena integrity.
3. Booking & Service Liability
Hlair is a discovery and booking facilitator. We do not provide physical hair services. All transformations, treatments, and services are provided solely by the independent Salon or Stylist. Any disputes regarding service quality, results, or safety must be resolved directly with the service provider.
4. AI Features Limitation
Our "AI Hair Diagnosis" and "AI Hairstyle Changer" are purely informational and cosmetic tools. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice or physical patch tests. Hlair is not liable for choices made based on AI-generated suggestions.
5. Subscription & Payments
Pro plans (Basic, Growth, Elite) grant enhanced visibility and features. All payments processed via Razorpay are final. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled via your dashboard.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who posts abusive content, harasses other participants, or violates the spirit of the Hlair community.
